Hi, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a couple of months now. I haven't had a cycle in about 3 months. I haven't taken a test fearing the results would be negative. I 've been having a lot of back pains at night when I'm trying to sleep. What's going on?

Were your period regular before this? Certainly you should try a test so that you can know one way or the other. Make sure you follow the directions carefully. Or see your doctor and they will perform a test for you.
