My 2 yr old dog is completely house broken until I brought in a new puppy. Now she is going in the house. I take her out but she doesn't go. When I bring her inside she poops and pees inside. I don't know why she is doing this.

It's probably or the same reason a potty-trained child regresses and begins to soil his pants when his parents present him with a new brother or sister -- jealousy and because he no longer receives the attention he used to.
Of course, visit your vet to rule out any physical problems and get some advice on how to handle this behaviorally. One of our dog experts will see this and also give you some helpful hints. I'm a cat person but if it happened with my cats (got a kitten and the older cat refused to use the litter box), I would spend a lot more time lavishing affection and attention on the older cat to restore the trust and relationship we used to have.
You need to give your old dog just as much if not more attention than the puppy right now.
How much exercise is your dog given daily? Ie. How many walks and for how long? Has this changed?
He is jeolous
