A week ago I came home to 95.5 degree temp in my house. Heat running constantly. Digital thermostat was OFF. I took the digital thermostat off the wall to see if that would stop it. It did not. I replaced one of the relay terminals behind the panel and put a new honeywell digital thermostat into the home. Last night before bed I was messing with the system and THOUGHT I had the problem fixed. I had the A/C working,Heat working everything seemed in order. Until this morning, heat was back on running all by itself cut the heat back off at the breaker... BACK TO STAGE 1 :( PLEASE HELP

Sounds like you may have a stuck sequenser, you can try tapping on it (very gently) with a screwdriver handle
Probably needs replaced,,
And its possible you have shorted tstat wires that run from tstat to the airhandler
