I am 5 months pregnant and living in Van Nuys, California. The father of my child is still a married man. He's been living with me for 3 1/2 months after his wife kicked him out, but I'm afraid he may go back to his wife before our child is born. If I want to abort the baby without telling him, can I? If I want to move out of California to Florida before the baby is born, can I do so, without his consent? Does he have any legal rights to stop me from aborting or moving before the child is born?

He can not stop you from ending the child's life, he has no legal rights till the child is born.
