Could this actually mean I'm pregnant?
I am 23 years old and suffer from a problem called PCOS. Its basically a long name for " has trouble ovulating" On my own I have gone up to 1.5 years without a period, that's about the time the doc would put me on a form of medicine to make me ovulate. I have been taking fertility medication for 4 years now. I was put on letrozole for ovulation issues on January 22. I got a positive ovulation test on Jan. 29th and had an IUI procedure done the following day. For those of you who don't know what an IUI is, it is also called artificial insemination. A few days later I had spotting of a pinkish color and very light brownish bleeding over a period of a few days. The bleeding stopped after 2.5 days. I normally have intense soreness in my breasts, and cramping usually starts as well starting the day I ovulate. I don't have any soreness and it has been a week since I ovulated. I also don't feel any kind of discomfort except for the very embarraseing bloating and sore lower back. I have been pregnant once before and I was six weeks along and the only reason I found out I was pregnant, was because my doctor at the time had me take a urine test to see how bad a urine infection was. I didn't show any symptoms what so ever. I know I have to wait forever before I can truly know if I am or not, but my heart is about to explode. Is it possible that I might be pregnant?::confused:

It is a possibility BUT you really should have a professional opinion on this one. Definitely ask your Dr. about it. I know how PCOS can be, not personally, since I am a guy. My first Gf has it, her sister in law has it, another ex has it, and I am pretty sure that my best friend has it. (So basically a lot of women in my life have it) So definitely get checked professionally. Also I don't think a pregnancy test would be a good thing to do either.

"Has trouble ovulating"? Don't you think that is putting it lightly?

If your pregnant, congrats, and good luck
