If you default on your "buy here pay here loan" does the owner have the right to ask for a co signer to get the car back?

The "buy here pay here" car company repoed my car but sent right to cure notice to wrong address is that illegal repo in Colorado?

The seller asks for a co-signer BEFORE the sale. If the buyer defaults on the loan, then the seller can repo the car.

Could you have cured the default? If so, you can file suit get the car back. But only if you can pay in full.
