    Child Support Fraud
I am father in Long Beach Ca. Who is paying a high level of Child support for my 14 year old son who spends 50% (1 week on and off) of his time in my care. His mother is claiming to be out of work and collecting unemployment. However, through a service called the "work number" I was able to find she is an active employee with LAUSD. I provided this to the judge, but she still contest she is unemployed and the judge was not going to take it further.

What course of action can I take to proof she is employed so child support can be reassessed to the proper levels and justice can be served?

    2 things you can do.

    1) you can hire a private detective and have her followed for awhile

    2) you can subpoena records from the company so long as you have some proof that she works there.

You need ti file OSC to modify a child support, because the changes in your
Wife's income and changes time visitation with a child. (if any).
You need to subpoena her recordes form.
But, if you have more income now a judge can rise a child support.
If you do not have a lawyer you can find a help in the Court.
    Good luck
