Cutting and At death Point HELP!
My best friend has had a terrible childhood and is cutting all her body, she is almost at death point, she won't admit to us, or tell us why she is doing it what should we do?

How old is she? When you say she is at the point of death is that from blood loss, is she threatening suicide, something else?

She needs mental health care - sometimes you have to be at odds with a friend in order to save that friend.

You need to tell an adult with some power, an adult who can step in and get help for her.

She is 13 she keeps saying to myself that she wants to kill herself,
But if I tell someone with power won't she just get angry with me and cut her self even more?

Many people had very bad childhoods, mine was also not easy
But it made me a better, stronger person
She needs to know that someone cares and there are always good people in the world
    Willing to help
And when things are really bad bad bad... they can only get better
I don't know if she is religious or not but... if we are here and we exist it is only logic that
SOMETHING must have made all this happen... tell her to talk to that higher power... it listens !

But she has to understand that she is the only person that can save herself. Other can only help
And everything has a solution !

You said she's at the point of death. How much worse can it get?

There is a time one has to risk friendship and do the right thing, Hopefully once she gets the professional help she needs she will thank you for it

Please report it to a teacher or a school counselor
