What are some early signs of pregnancy before your missed period?

Basically the same as PMS. Cramping, feeling absolutely exhausted, and the urge to urinate more frequently are all common symptoms. I'm sure you have heard that the best symptom is a missed period and I also know it sucks but the best thing to do is wait it out and try not to go crazy with anticipation ;) Stress isn't good if you are pregnant! My advice is to be very careful until you get your period, no smoking, drinking alcohol/caffiene, that sort of thing. I hope this helped!
