My cycle is very irregular,between 19 and 28 days.normally its around 23.this month I started getting cramps on day 26 but no bleeding still getting cramps today (day 29) had two tiny bits of spotting yesterday.could I be pregnant.not had a cycle this long for 8 months?

It's possible... might also be your period getting ready to start. Give it another week and see what happens. No period; try a pregnancy test.
