Please help me I deleted some important mails from trash and now I want to recover it. Please help I would I get back my mails and all

What type of e-mail application, webmail or client/server based ?

I normally use Recuva or GetDataBack to recover deleted files. Works nicely...

Gmail is a web based app and you'll need to contact Google for assistance.
I don't hold out any hope, I'm afraid..

I did. But yet not I get and e reply from gmail assistant

That would work if the files were on his computer but they are on Google's servers.
