Hey I've seen a question similar to this one but I don't feel that the answer is the same. I have been waking up with mysterious bug bites all over. They are big and really red. They also itch obsesively. Ever seens I've gotten them I feel like I am getting more. I also feel really weak, and have minor body aches and pains.most of my bites are on my arms and neck. I just washed my sheets and comforters recently and have checked for bed mites. I need to know the culprit!:confused:

Yes, they can. And bed bugs are in the bed, not just the sheets and comforters. It may sound funny, but I frequently vaccuum my matresses, at least once a month, to lessen the chance of bedbug infestation.
