    Yes you do. You would be a non-resident alien and pay taxes on US source income only. You would need to file a 1040NR

    Should not get any extra tax-benefit, than others who are staying more than 183days?

    No, there are no extra benefits. There are tax treaties with several countries to prevent double taxation.

    Your benefit is, that you do not need to report worldwide income, only US source income.

    The only advantage would be that you are not liable for social security and medicare as a non-residnet alien.
