    Hi...
    I am divorced from 2 years and Now want to marry to a girl who is already in Canada on study permit. So this case I don't have to sponsor her, but I need to get her Permanent residency here.
    So my question is that if the 3 year condition is applied on me or it is applied only if I anybody want to sponsor his spouse from another country? Can I marry that girl now?
