How long should cramping last after a miscarriage. I started miscarrying 4 days ago, had an ultrasound and bloodwork done to confirm a misscarriage but am now having severe cramping that is constant. This is the third day now that I have had severe cramps. I was 7 weeks pregnant and everything seems to have passed, the bleeding isn't to bad. Should I seek medical help?
