The most I can remember is the main character being a young girl with a ruby like necklace.

There is a witch of some kind that is the antagonist whom seeks to obtain the necklace.

The witch is visually memorable as her head piece of her wardrobe is very triangular. With purple tones and pale skin. I believe she had an assistant as well.
