Leak in drain pipe under slab
I have a broken drain pipe under the slab of my house. What is the best approach to this to find the location of the leak?

    Hi Phil...

If we are talking about a drain pipe then the best approach would be to get a drain company out there with a DRAIN CAMERA and have them perform an inspection of the suspected drains for you... ;)

What makes you think it is a drain pipe... very uncommon for you to know there is an issue unless the pipe got blocked up and even then how would you know it is broken and not just backed up? Let me know, OK?

Had a issue with pipe being blocked last year snaked pipe out found lint in pipe.About 2 weeks ago I smelled a odor where my bathtub is located opened panel where bathtub is located and found water unerneath at first I thought that it was bathtub drain that's too easy when I ran the wash machine water ran under my bath tub. I thought the leak was at the drain line by bath tub so I cut a hole in the concrete ran wash machine again was able to see water was up towards wash machine not exactly sure where and I don't want to cut any more holes in concrete until I know loction

Camera the drain... they'll locate it too within inches... :)
