    What is the sugar content in a can of Guinness?
    I was wondering if anyone knows how much sugar is in a 440 ml can of Guinness draught beer. I heard that the calorie content is only slightly higher than regular beer and dark beers are much healthier.

    I think you mean "Carbs", rather than 'sugar'. If so, the carbohydrates in Guinness are about 9.2 grams - 12oz. Compared to:

    • Beck's Dark at 11.00g;
    • Corona Extra at 13.99g;
    • Corona Light at 5.00g;
    • Guinness Extra Stout at 17.00g;
    • Heineken Lager at 11.50g;
