    Nosnosna
Inequalities are solved almost identically to solving equations. The only thing to be aware of is that if you multiply or divide both sides by a negative number, the inequality sign flips:

    -2x < 2

Dividing both sides by -2 to isolate x gives you:

    x > -1

Have you solved algebra before? For instance 3x = 4, solve for x?

it's almost exactly the same except the step that nosnosna mentioned.
