I have just got married and my daughter would like my husband to adopt her.Her bio dad died a long time ago and I just want to know how I would go about getting my husabnd to adopt her as I have no idea. Please reply it wwould help a lot.

Apply for the adoption and have all the proof needed. A death certificate (certified copy) and have a lawyer prep the documents and it should go smoothly.
