I stay in a mobile home and my ac unit won't come on from the inside of the house but the unit will come on outside.

You either have a bad fan motor or a bad fan relay. Will the blower wheel turn freely? You will have to turn power off to unit and try to turn inside blower by hand. If it turns freely you need to check the relay that runs the blower. It is a black box about 2x2 1/2 " and is wired to fan motor. It is usually in a box attached to blower with wires going to blower and has a coil which may be bad. DrTom4444
