    Thanks for your attention
I know the meaning of tangibility but I'm looking for a mean which use in airline industry.
In airline industry used some standard (criteria) like: tangibles, assurance, responsiveness, reliability and empathy. So I want to know how can the tangibles can be a standard for this industry?
    Thanks again

Tangibles (things a person can touch) in the airline industry would be the food and drink (including alcohol), pillows, blankets, seat comfort, reading material, printed safety information, giveaways, entertainment (headphones, music pods), etc.
