If you have sex, pregnancy is going to be possible. Was the intercourse on the 15th protected? That would obviously lessen the odds. Plan b can help lower the risk of pregnancy, but it works best when taken within the first couple of days of the unprotected sex... the sooner the better.

Some women do bleed occasionally during intercourse for various reasons. For example, it may have been due to some cervical irritation. It may be your period is off after using the plan b. When would you expect your normal period?

You could always try a pregnancy test. If negative, be sure to use a form of birth control consistently to reduce the chances of an unplanned pregnancy. As you know, plan b is meant just for emergency back-up, not as a regular form of birth control.

Plan b will often cause some irregular bleeding soon after its use. Odds are that is what caused the early bleeding for you. See how things go when you expect your period around the 28th.

It wouldn't pick up a possible pregnancy from the intercourse on 15th October... but likely from the 25th September if you were pregnant. Since you used plan b, and had bleeding after its use, odds are the test is accurate and you are not pregnant.

Did you use protection correctly with the intercourse on 15 October?

You'll really need to wait until you would expect your period for this month. If it doesn't show, try another test at that time. Remember to use protection properly every time you engage in intercourse.
