    Extending a 220v line for a dryer
I want to use my 220v clothes dryer. My problem is that my breaker box is full. I have a gas range,so I do have a 220v circuit idle currently. Can I just extend it and use it for the dryer instead?

No, a gas range is only 120 volts. Bring in an electrician he can look into using half size breakers to add a dryer circuit to your panel.
