Does anyone know where to find an Eljer bathroom sink replacement cartridge, single handle.

They don't list parts--just new faucets. Anyone have any idea where you can find replacement cartridges for 12 1/2 year old Eljer bathroom faucets? Single handle.

I should have mentioned, this is a bathroom sink faucet. The kind with the crystal shaped handle--single handle.
