    When I plug something into outlet I get power to all wires

    120 Volts to ground from each black and white wire?

    Caused by an open neutral.

    Can you be more specific? What did you use to measure the voltage, how did you measure it and what did it read? Is the breaker tripping? Is it a GFI circuit?
