What are some things I can do to conceive a baby?

Just a few of the basics:

*Look into tracking your ovulation for a few months to get an idea as to when you are most likely to ovulate each cycle.
*If possible, try to have sex about every other day or so, with a few more tries in the few days leading up to when you are likely to ovulate.
*Be sure you are doing all that you can to ensure your good health... eating well, regular exercise, not smoking, avoid unnecessary stress, etc..
*Start taking prenatal vitamins while trying to conceive.
*Have your partner also make any lifestyle changes that may be necessary for good health.
*Visit your doctor for a preconception visit to have a general check-up and discuss any health concerns you or your partner may have.
*Try not to get discouraged... remember that it can naturally take quite some time since there is only a small opportunity each cycle where pregnancy may be achieved. Most couples will become pregnant within the first year of actively trying, but some will take a bit longer and that can still be perfectly normal.
