Is having prozac without prescription entering the US counting as Misdemeanor ?
I had prozac with me when I came back to US without prescription. It was not even for me, It was for a friend. They took and disposed it and I had a notice that they would dispose it unless I proved there was a prescription for that. I am actually worried about my background check, Would it be on my background check if a medical school check my profile?

If they didn't charge you then, odds are its not on your record.

A misdemeanor record requires a charge, a trial and a conviction.

Unless they come back to charge you within the SOL, there is no charge and no conviction.

And the chances of that happening are slim, if they indeed disposed of the evidence.
