I was married but pregnant by some one else. When I gave birth to my son I gave him up for a adoption. A open adption because I did not want my husband at the time to miss treat him. My husband went on oath and said he was the father.my sons biologic father was in prison at the time.I want to know is there any way that me and my sons biologic father can get him back.Now that we are back together?

The odds are NO, you cannot get the child back. How would that possibly be in the best interest of the child, to rip him away from the only family he knows just because you lied in court?

Was the "biologic" father notified of the adoption proceeding before the adoption was approved?

I assume a DNA test (concerning your ex husband's claim that he fathered the child) was not done?
