I have been having a lot of pain on the top of my right hand. It sort of feels like cramping and is painful. It wakes me up at night also. I have noticed the top of my right foot also hurts but not as much as my right hand. There is no swelling or bone injury. Help! I need this to be gone! Thanks for any and all help! Nancy
