    Please help
Hi everyone :) I started my period 40 days from my last period (my last period before this was on September 1st) & my cycles are like 35 days. This one has been for 3 days & is so extremely light that I haven't had to wear any tampons or pads. On my left side right below where I have a c-section scar is sore just a little bit but not enough to really worry about I don't think ( I had a c-section 4 years ago). I was wondering if it could be implantation bleeding. Thank you all. I don't have any insurance or money to go to a doctor right now. Thank you all so much for your help. :)

Is your actual scar sore, like just under the skin... or deeper like only one side of your body is cramping? You could possibly have an ovarian cyst. Have you or any girl in your close family had them before? They usually take care of themselves but in the meantime until I get more information I will tell you this: if a cyst ruptures is is extremely painful. You will start vomiting and getting dizzy and it will feel almost as if you are contracting -your body will seize about every 10 minutes. If any of these symptoms start get yourself to the ER with or without insurance... a normal cyst can be okay but a rupturing cyst can be fatal. I don't want to freak you out I just want to make sure you look out for those symptoms.

Yes, this could be implantation bleeding - or just about anything else.

When you say you have a sore area - sore when you touch it, press on it, press down hard, something else? Do you need to take anything for the pain?

Again - it could be anything or nothing. I would wait and see how things progress.

In the meantime here is some excellent information on ovarian cysts -

"Most cysts don't cause any symptoms and go away on their own. A large ovarian cyst can cause abdominal discomfort. If a large cyst presses on your bladder, you may feel the need to urinate more frequently because bladder capacity is reduced. The symptoms of ovarian cysts, if present, may include:

Menstrual irregularities Pelvic pain — a constant or intermittent dull ache that may radiate to your lower back and thighs Pelvic pain shortly before your period begins or just before it ends Pelvic pain during intercourse (dyspareunia) Pain during bowel movements or pressure on your bowels Nausea, vomiting or breast tenderness similar to that experienced during pregnancy Fullness or heaviness in your abdomen Pressure on your rectum or bladder "

Well actually as it turns out I actually am pregnant :) but it was sore like in the are where my scar is but it wasn't the scar is & everything is going good now. I'm not sore anymore or having light bleeding anymore. So I'm thinking that the light bleeding was spotting or implantation bleeding. It was bleeding like that for a week just very light & no need to wear pads or anything. I thank y'all sooooo so much for your answers & I will make sure though to look out for any warning signs since I was a little sore :) but thank y'all so very much. :D :D

    Congratulations!

The "it could be something terrible" answers always trouble me because "it" also could be something very wonderful.
