Feeling ill and tired -- possible pregnancy?
I had a miscarriage close to 7 months ago, I've also been taking birth control consistently since the miscarriage,I'm having symptoms of possible pregnancy like feeling ill, and tired, along with others. Could it still have something to do with my miscarriage, possible pregnancy or maybe just sick?

    Hi scheek,

So sorry to hear of your loss. Did you have follow-up care after your miscarriage?

Since you have been using birth control consistently, pregnancy is unlikely. It would also be unusual for there to be problems related to the miscarriage show up this far afterwards.

Have your periods been regular? You could certainly try a pregnancy test to determine whether pregnancy is the cause. Other than feeling ill and being tired, what are the other possible symptoms that you said you are experiencing?

It is quite possible that you are fighting an illness, but if you feel pregnancy is a possibility, best to find out for sure.

My periods have been pretty regular except this month. Im also feel dizzy light headed and sick to my stomach. I had a follow up appointment along with a few others since the miscarriage.

Are you late for your period? Did you already have it for October and it was unusual? If yes to either of those questions, you could try a pregnancy test. Just be sure to follow the directions exactly, especially when to test and when to read the results.
