Married Canadian immigrant about to get divorced, what happens next?
I'm 19 years old I have been married for 2 years almost... Its being 1 month since I'm in canada from sponsorship through my husband but we are having problems in our relationship and we want a divorce but I'm scared that Canadian immigration office will send me back home... What can I do to stay because I want to study here...
    Please help .

If you divorce you will be sent "home." You can consult with a Canadian Immigration Attorney but that's how it works - you will lose your sponsor.

Consult with a Canadian Immigration Attorney. Your marriage could very well look like a set up to get you into Canada and you don't have the time to try to figure out what to do next.

    Consult with an Attorney.
