I understand that if each spouse has 1 CAR title in their name, they cannot take title of their deceased spouse's car without it going through probate. Since our double wide mobile home actually has 2 motor vehicle titles, does that pose a problem with transferring the title to a surviving spouse when 1 spouse dies?
