I have posted this question once (I thought) but here goes again. I have a HEAVY silver wire bracelet with 3 good size, bezel set turquoise stones, two double leaves forming a shadow box, with silver decorations of round drops and bars. On the back there is in small case letters "hand made", "sterling" and it has a hallmark of 3 clouds with rain falling out of them, looking like 3 quarter rounds open side down with straight lines coming down from the 3 quarter rounds. I have read where this annotates "Rain" or "Rain Clouds" Anyone know whose hallmark this might be? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
