How do I remove someone from a deed? I live in Michigan

You have to execute a new deed conveying the property from all owners to new ownership. So, if there are just 2 of you the deed has to be signed by both parties conveying ownership from party 1 and party 2 to party 1. If there are more than 2 all parties have to sign conveying ownership to to the other owners.
