So my mom is on felony probation and just plead guilty will this violate her and give her more jail time or will they just extend her probation? By the way I'm in KY!

She must attend a VOP hearing at which time the judge on her original probation may just give her more jail time or have her serve the jail time concurrent with what she is going to be serving for the other charge. Hard to say what will happen.
