So? Support is generally based on your income. The custodial parent is not required to work.

Did they impune an amount to your ex ?

The temporary custody is 65%.. 45%... me the 45%... because he stays at home and I work full time. I am able to take the kids fulltime if I can so I figure they should b with me since he hasn't worked for almost 4years he can't provide for them. I don't feel like I should pay so he can still not work. That seems like spousal support not child support to me.

No they did not... our order is temp until... May 18th 2012... thats our trial date
