He is 7-8 weeks old has not eaten in 17 hours only drinks liquid out of the food. He seems very laid back and does not play unless encouraged greatly. That's is a very young age to be out of the litter. Did you buy this little guy, talk to the breeder? This is not something you wait around with. Puppies eat, play, sleep. Unless you can talk to the breeder you should be calling on your vet ASAP
