Can a shadow from the sun in the east show my shadow in the north?

Not unless there are some mirrors or other trickery involved.

Presuming no other light sources or mirrors, then there will be a straight line from the light source, through the object, and then to the shadow.

Maybe just slightly during the winter months when the sun is very low in the sky. Where do you live?
