I reallly need your help. I've look around for answers around this site but doesn't find any. I have darker skin on my knees than the rest of my body. Yes I'm black, I'm okay with that but not when I'm light-skinned. It exposed a lot I can't even go out with a shorts (yes I have suffered every summers. I can't even tell my friends why I can't use shorts. Help me how to get rid of them! Do I need to go to see dermatologist to bleach them or? Really I'm tired of having them. I had it since I was really young.

Hey I don't know what is wrong with my camera. It is DARKER than it looks on this picture. I mean DARKER. I mean like DARK BROWN like dark brown eyes.
