    Motion of discovery
This is for a friend of mine.
They have already been to court, and
    It was a set up.
Anyway how long after court can you file for
A motion of discovery, and if you even can after court.
This person might have been his oun girlfriend.
Which would suck because he is still with her,and
He even took charges for her. He is slow, and 6 years younger then her.
If there is anyway we can find out please let me know.
We were told she set him up with her aunt which is a informent for police.
A junkie setting people up to beat her charges and others in her family plus gets paid off sometimes

A motion for discovery in a criminal case is done PRETRIAL to provide the defense all the evidence used by the prosecutor to help them prepare their defense. If the case has already gone to trial a motion for discovery is too late.

If you believe the prosecution did not hand over all the evidence they collected then you file an appeal.
