Do I have any rights to see my niece?
I have been a big part of my nieces life from the day she was born and have a great bond with her. My brother slit up with his wife and got divorced two years ago. My brother doesn't seem to bother about seeing her, and her mother is being spitefull and not letting my brother see her. He thinks a custody case would be too much for his daughter and doesn't want to put her through it. I have had an agreement to see my niece every two weeks and recently it has stopped. I love her to bits and don't want her to left, brought up in the circumstances. Her mother takes drugs, one of her other children has moved in with their gran. Hopefully someone can help me. Please!!

Unless you can prove the mother is a danger to her child, you don't have many options. Even if you do prove it, you may lose her to the system.
