How do I go about filing a motion to Vacate in California
My ex's lawyer just filed a QDRO with the court that I rejected. How can I get step by step info on filing a motion to vacate? And where I get the actual form online.

    Thanks

What is there to vacate? A motion to vacate means a judgement was ordered. A QDRO means your ex is claiming a share of your pension. If she has been awarded a share, then you need to appeal the award. If the court has not approved the QDRO then a hearing should have been scheduled where you can reject it.

Also depending on who the pension is through you may need to notify them so they may file a "joinder" to this action.
