I had a negative blood test to see if I was pregnant and it came back negative. They said it was from exercising, could there still be a chance I could be as I take antidepression pills and anxiety pills.

If your blood test has come back negative there is virtually zero chance of you being pregnant.
The medication you are taking may well be interfering with this process.
