Hi,
My name is Rajiv. I have been an employee of Basware Corporation, Chandigarh India for last 8 months.

I was terminated from this company because I leave company without giving them two month notice period, as per policy. They terminate me and ask to clear the final dues.
I didn't clear my dues.

My question is:- Can I claim my provident fund deducted by the company?
If Yes, then how?
I am sure that company will not sign the pf papers.
