I'm having mild kicks in the right side of my stomach, took a pregnancy test and was negative what's going on

Can you provide some additional information? If you are feeling kicks, you are more than a little bit pregnant. Have you had your pregnancy confirmed by a doctor and been receiving prenatal care? Or, are you assuming that you are feeling kicks, and took a pregnancy test to be certain?

Most likely what you are feeling is called peristalsis. It's the movement of the colon that sometimes feels like "kicks."

OK - please don't be one of these women that don't know they're pregnant till the baby falls out. If you believe you may be pregnant - you NEED TO SEEE A DOCTOR. OMG This whole thread needs same answer! You can't avoid it - you need to know what's up. Even if you don't have insurance - this is something that you need to find a way to do.. Good luck!
