I have a ford Taurus 3.0L V6 and I scanned it for the problem and it says P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire, would someone help me to pleas locate cylinder 1?

It's likely time to replace the spark plugs (Motorcraft only). Ensure they are properly gapped. Apply dielectric grease to the porcelein portion of the plug and to the end of the electrode. Use a flux brush to very lightly coat the threads with antiseize compound. Change the plugs when the engine is "stone" cold. If the problem persists, replace coil-on-plug no. 1, if you have a Duratec engine. Ensure the coil squarely engages the plug's electrode.
