I have a model 665 15772990 ultr wash kenmore dishwasher . The lock button is stuck on red. It does not flash red it is stuck on red. I have tried unlocking by going by the instructions that were on the door and I unplugged it for about 18 hrs then replugged it in and it still did not work to unlock the door. Do you have any suggestions.
