I have had a lot of pain in lower abdomen pain with lower back pain, my breast have gotten a little bigger to the point my bra barely fits, I have gain a little weight my periods are irregular but I had my tubes tied 7 years ago. My Husband and are very sexually active. I have no Idea what his could be but the pain get so bad sometime I can only lay there and not move. I have tried over the counter meds, and hot baths, and heating pad. I don't know what else to do nor what it could be? Could some give me some direction

Go see your regular doctor. If you are experiencing immobilizing pain then you need to be checked out immediately.
